Our recruitment agency is here to help you find the right fit for your company with our four-week recruitment plan. Our streamlined process gets your role filled in at least a month, keeping your business on track and without employees for too long. Our recruitment process involves the following steps:

Step One Outline the job

When you decide to work with us, we will meet either in person or online to discuss the role you’re looking to fill. This will include things such as:

  • Business skills
  • Level of experience
  • Personality or behavioural skills
  • Level of education

You will also need to give us some information around your team and your business, what you offer employees (it’s a two way street!), and what the business culture is like in your office.

Step Two Create your campaign

Once we have all of the above information, we can work to execute a business plan. This includes:

  • Job posting
  • Advertising and media plan.
  • Community outreach.
  • Head hunting.

Step Three Find candidates

Once we’ve created your advertising and marketing plan, we can begin to search for the best candidates for the role. This will see us taking a look at those who have applied for the role as well as those who we have in our database that could be applicable for the position.

Step Four Present key candidates

After we’ve collated a list of candidates, we’ll present our top two to five candidates, showcasing the reasons why we think they’d be a good fit both professionally and culturally.

Step Five Interview process

Once you decide on who looks like a good fit for your business, we’ll support your throughout the interview process, and assist with the entire hiring process inc:

  • Reference checks
  • Salary negotiations
  • Contract agreements
  • Contract offers and confirmations
  • Additional negotiations such as business perks, location and flexible working times.
