From permanent roles (full-time) to temporary contracts and part time jobs, the roles we work with are diverse, and our clients are varied including tech companies, consumer brands, finance, marketing and digital agencies, media agencies.  We work on jobs that are office based, hybrid and remote with a focus on Auckland, Queenstown and remote jobs.

Local Experience

Across nine years, Analog Recruitment have been working closely with both candidates and clients within the digital, marketing, media and IT industry in New Zealand…. and we love it!   Over this period, we’ve worked hard to understand both client and candidate needs in the workplace. We nurture candidate communities, and have learnt, adapted and grown as the New Zealand market has flourished.

We understand what it’s like to be on the client-side of recruitment; Analog’s founder, Lauretta, spent years working in senior roles in agency and in-house teams. Working in these roles across business, development, brand and marketing, Lauretta and the team have the knowledge and experience to guide both clients and candidates to the right roles and people. We have a strong grasp on marketing, media, sales and the technology landscape, and the requirements of the jobs that sit within these sectors.

Lauretta began her career in sunny Melbourne working with large consumer goods brands. With an entrepreneurial nature she combined her friendly demeanour and her work experience to begin a digital marketing recruitment company in New Zealand.  9 years later, Analog Recruitment is thriving.

You will soon find Lauretta loves to chat, especially over a good latte. In her spare time, you will find her exploring the great outdoors, camping, Mountain biking and hanging out with her little doggo.
