We are looking for a Digital Operations Lead or Digital Performance Manager to lead this growing team in New Zealand. 
Working with an international award winning performance and digital agency, your role will be to develop the Paid Digital service offering, strategy (both organisational & client), lead the technical competencies and empowerment of the team members.
It’s a strong leadership role with a growing team of 2 staff. 
As the paid media thought-leader, you will lead and facilitate the strategy for all clients.  You will contribute to analysis for existing client presentations and new business leads. You will be the driver of excellence when it comes to media tech and partner relationships.
You are key to any paid digital decisions the business makes, you are strategic and have outstanding knowledge in Paid media but also SEO, Analytics, CRM & Automation and Project Management.

So who are you:
-You may have recently been in a Performance Media Manager, Associate Director or Director role within the paid media space. Its an ideal role for you to step into leadership!
-You have experience working with fast growth, global and local brands (agency side a must have, client side a nice to have)

Your experience should include:
• 1-2+ years working in team leadership with experience in leading teams to successful outcomes.
• 4+ Years SEM or GoogleAds strategy and hands on experience (large spend client experience is essential)
• 3+ years working in digital agency environment.
• 3+ years working in a client facing role 
• Just be a good bugger!  The team is collaborative, family friendly and passionate about doing good work.
